Cancellation Policy
Bookings from 1st of May – 31st of October
Cancellations should be advised in writing before 7 days to the date of arrival and the payment made will be refunded in full (minus bank charges). If cancellation is requested within 7 days to arrival, 100% booking rate is chargeable.
Bookings from 1st of November – 15th of December
Cancellations should be advised in writing before 14 days to the date of arrival and the payment made will be refunded in full (minus bank charges). If cancellation is requested within 14 days to arrival, 100% booking rate is chargeable.
Bookings from 16th of December – 28th of February
Cancellations should be advised in writing before 30 days to the date of arrival and the payment made will be refunded in full (minus bank charges). If cancellation is requested within 30 days to arrival, 100% booking rate is chargeable.
Bookings from 1st of March – 30th of April
Cancellations should be advised in writing before 14 days to the date of arrival and the payment made will be refunded in full (minus bank charges). If cancelation is requested within 14 days to arrival, 100% booking rate is chargeable.
Prepayment
The guest will be charged a prepayment any time after the reservation is made. An IPG link will be sent via email for a secure payment process for prepayment.
Children and extra bed policy
Children of all ages are welcome.
For any extra adults or children the below would be applicable.

Extra bed cost – US$ 15 nett per night, Extra child rate (from 5 to 11 years)- US$ 35 nett per child per night including Breakfast, Extra adult rate (12 years and above) – US$ 45 nett per person per night including Breakfast
Lavender House
Extra bed cost – US$ 15 nett per night, Extra child rate (from 5 to 11 years)- US$ 60 nett per child per night on Half Board basis, Extra adult rate (12 years and above) – US$ 90 nett per person per night on Half Board basis
Stafford Bunaglow
Extra bed cost – US$ 15 nett per night, Extra child rate (from 3 to 11 years)- US$ 50 nett per child per night on Half Board basis, Extra adult rate (12 years and above) – US$ 80 nett per person per night on Half Board basis
