If you are looking to create your own grand slam tournament , our private tennis clay court , within the Bungalow premises and surrounded by the lush tea fields , would be an ideal setting.
From the pioneering days it was a practice that after a strenuous morning of supervision in the fields and tea factory, The British planters enjoyed their afternoon game of tennis.
Racquets and balls are available on request.
Cycling
The cool breezes and breathtaking landscape around the hotel are perfect for exploring the area by bike. And most of the tracks around the bungalow are with limited traffic, so you can concentrate on enjoying the views and things to do in Nuwara Eliya Sri Lanka.
Our excellent bikes are well suited to the rugged terrain and are regularly checked and maintained for your safety and comfort.
Scenic Walks and Hikes
Explore the 50 acre Tea plantation and surrounding villages and plantations through a leisurely walk or an adventure trek , to experience the serene landscapes, flora, birdlife and the activities involved in plantation life. A guide can be provided or self-walk on advised trails.
Games Room
The games room is detached from the main bungalow and is a standalone ‘hang out den’. The room’s furnishings pair well with its stunning stone and wood structure, and shingled roof. With its wall-mounted plasma TV and indoor game options, it’s the perfect hidey-hole!
