Individual booking – Can be cancelled 07 days prior to arrival date and any amount paid (minus bank charges) will be refunded back to the guest. No show or cancellation within 07 days to arrival is subject to full cancellation charges.
Group bookings (2 or more rooms) or buyouts – Can be cancelled 10 days prior to arrival date and any amount paid (minus bank charges) will be refunded back to the guest. No shows or cancellations within 10 days of arrival are subject to full cancellation charges.
Above cancellations must be advised in writing.
